Governing Law & Jurisdiction Policy (India)

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or in connection with the use of the website, services, payments, subscriptions, or policies shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Kalyan (Mumbai), Maharashtra, India. Users expressly agree that no other court or forum shall have jurisdiction in such matters.
