Services, Modifications & Availability Quantumtec Technologies reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or update any service, feature, pricing, or offering at its sole discretion. Service availability may be impacted due to maintenance, upgrades, third-party dependencies, or unforeseen technical issues. Quantumtec Technologies does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of services. 4. Payments, Fees & Charges All services are offered on a 100% advance payment basis. Fees paid are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Refund Policy. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any applicable taxes, duties, or government levies shall be borne by the customer. 5. Intellectual Property Rights All content on Quantumtec Technologies including software, APIs, source code, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and documentation, is the exclusive intellectual property of Quantumtec Technologies Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use services strictly for their internal business purposes. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, redistribution, sublicensing, reverse engineering, or modification is strictly prohibited. Any infringement may result in legal action under applicable laws. 6. API, Software & Platform Usage API keys, tokens, credentials, and access rights are strictly confidential and for authorized use only. Sharing, reselling, or misusing APIs or software access is prohibited. Misuse, abuse, excessive load, or policy violations may lead to immediate service termination without refund. Quantumtec Technologies is not responsible for third-party API changes, restrictions, or suspensions. 7. Account Suspension & Termination Quantumtec Technologies reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts if: Terms & Conditions or policies are violated False or misleading information is provided Services are used unlawfully or abusively Regulatory or legal compliance requires such action Termination may occur without prior notice and without refund where violations are established. 8. Limitation of Liability Quantumtec Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or business losses, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in dispute. Quantumtec Technologies is not responsible for failures caused by third-party platforms, government regulations, internet service providers, or force majeure events. 9. Indemnification Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quantumtec Technologies its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising due to: User’s violation of laws or policies Misuse of services Third-party claims resulting from user activities 10. Privacy & Data Protection User data is handled as per the Privacy Policy of quantumtec.in. By using the website, users consent to data collection, storage, and processing in accordance with applicable Indian laws. 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kalyan (Mumbai), Maharashtra, India. 12. Amendments & Updates Quantumtec Technologies reserves the right to update or revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms. Also quantumtec technologies reserves right to terminate subscription / renewal / payment / refund / shipping if observed or found illegal purchase or activites for the purchase. Also Quantumtec Technologies reserves right to intimate it to legal authorities of India for the same and will share all customer details if & when asked by the legal authorities of India. Also all this will be done without prior premission of subscriber or customer.
